room used as single: 60 euros. Supplement for supply of additional bed in
the appartments costs 120 Euros a week
In the apartments guests are responsible
for cleaning the kitchen area.
Your four legged friends are welcome in the apartments with an additional
fee of 10 euros per day.
Locanda: Cottage on b&b basis
(with possibility of renting weekly), roughly 160 m2 in size, consists of covered
veranda, dining room and sitting room, with a cast iron stove and a fireplace.
4 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom (one of which is adapted for the
disabled).
Children from 0 to 6 yars : 30% discount
Additional cot for children from 0 to 3-4 years : 10,00 euros per day La cascina: Detached house on two levels of 80 m2 each, with
a 25 m2 loggia, dining/living room with fireplace and cooking area, double bed
plus bunk beds and bathroom. La terrazza: Separate 70 m2 apartment on first floor, with 60
m2 terrace, dining/living room with cooking area plus wood burning stove, 2 bedrooms
and bathroom. Il portico: Separate 70 m2 apartment on ground floor, with 40
m2 loggia, dining/living room with fire place, cooking area, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. |
